When revocation to take effect

Section 67

(1)
The revocation of a proprietary mining licence shall take effect on the date the order of revocation is made under section 65, 66 or 80, as the case may be.
(2)
Where an order of revocation as mentioned in subsection
(1)
has been made, the holder of such licence shall forthwith surrender such licence to the Secretary who shall transmit the same to the
Registrar for him to take the action under section 102.
