Continuance of laws, etc.
of Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001
Subject to the provisions of this Act, all written laws, orders, regulations and rules affecting or for the protection of the Council and in force immediately before the appointed date shall, until amended or revoked under this Act, continue in force on and after the appointed date and be construed as if this Act has not been passed; and any reference therein to the Council shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be construed as a reference to the Corporation, and expressions importing such a reference shall be construed accordingly.
(2)
All orders, directions, appointments, notifications and regulations made under the repealed Act and in force immediately before the appointed date shall to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be deemed to have been made under this Act and shall continue to be in force until they are replaced, amended or revoked under this Act.
