Section 61
(1)
The Corporation shall accept into its employment on the appointed date every person who immediately before that date is an officer or servant of the Council and who has been given an option by the Council and has opted to serve as an employee of the Corporation.
(2)
Every person who opts to serve as an employee of the
Corporation shall be employed by the Corporation on terms and conditions of service not less favourable than the terms and conditions of service to which he is entitled immediately before the appointed date.
