Where a Game Warden or an authorized officer finds any person-

Section 46
(a)
carrying a firearm;
(b)
in possession or control of any wild animal or wild bird live or dead or part thereof;
(c)
carrying on the business of a dealer or of a taxidermist; or
(d)
whom he reasonably suspects of having committed or attempting to commit or abetting the commission of an offence under this Act, he may stop the person and demand the production of any licence granted under this Act.
