Section 101
(a)
to refuse the transport of sick, wild, fierce or unmanageable animals;
(b)
to refuse the transport of animals, when in the opinion of the Station Master or other responsible official, they are not in a fit condition to travel;
(c)
to define what number of animals should be loaded in a tuck and to refuse to carry animals, which in the opinion of the Station Master or other responsible official, are overcrowded.
