Section 103
(a)
The loading and unloading of the vehicles must be arranged by and at the sole risk of the consignor or consignee. Station staff will, on request and at the responsibility of the consignor or consignee, render such assistance as may be practicable, consistent with the numerical strength of the staff at the station, without charge.
(b)
Vehicles are required to be delivered at the station in sufficient time before the departure of the train by which they are to be despatched to enable loading to be safely performed.
