Vehicle weighing not more than three tonnes are conveyed on the conditions of carriage and at the specified in

Appendices E and F. Vehicles of a tare weight in excess of three tonnes may be conveyed on such terms and conditions as the Traffic Superintendent may in each case prescribe.
