Section 35

Where the Director is desirous of acquiring, for the purposes of this Ordinance, any land, site or monument which is a historical monument or a historical site, the Director may, with the approval of the Minister, acquire such land, site or monument for an undertaking which is of public interest by compulsory acquisition in accordance with the provisions of Part IV of the Land Code [Cap.
