Change of owner of a building or site listed in the Register

Section 38
—
(1)
Any person who purchases or acquires any building or site listed in the Register shall within thirty days from the date of the completion of the purchase or acquisition, notify the
Director in writing of—
(a)
his name and address; and
(b)
whether he intends to occupy the site.
(2)
A person who has notified the Director under subsection (1)
shall, within thirty days of any change to the information provided, notify the Director in writing of the change.
