Section 43
Register shall at all reasonable times permit the Director, or any person or officer authorized either generally or specially by the
Director, to enter upon the building or site for inspection or to carry out any study or work necessary for the maintenance or conservation thereof:
Provided that the liability imposed by this section shall arise only if such owner or occupier have received not less than seven days notice in writing from the Director of such proposed entry.
