Section 50

(1)
(a)
Notwithstanding section 75, a person aggrieved by any decision of the Director made under this Part may, within fourteen days after the date of being notified of such decision, appeal to the
Minister who may confirm, vary, reverse or revoke such decision.
(b)
The decision of the Minister on the appeal shall be final.
(2)
In the event there is an appeal lodge within the period stipulated in subsection (1) against any decision of the Director under 36
this Part, the Director shall forthwith send the appeal to the Minister together with the relevant document for determination.
