Where the Director is satisfied that reasonable steps are not being taken for properly preserving the building or site, he may carry out such repairs works, after giving any person appearing to the

Director to be the owner of the building or site two weeks notice of his intention to do so, and all costs and expenses reasonably incurred to carry out the works shall be reimbursed by such person.

Financing conservation work
