Duty to keep building or site in good repair

Section 45

(1)
The owner of a building or site listed in the Register shall ensure that the building or site is always in a state of good repair.
(2)
Where the Director is satisfied that reasonable steps are not being taken for properly preserving the building or site, he may carry out such repairs works, after giving any person appearing to the
Director to be the owner of the building or site two weeks notice of his intention to do so, and all costs and expenses reasonably incurred to carry out the works shall be reimbursed by such person.
