Section 47

(1)
An owner of a building or site listed in the Register may, with the approval in writing and subject to such terms or conditions as the Director may impose, charge an entrance fee into the building or site.
(2)
Where the Director has contributed towards the expense of conservation and preservation of any building or site listed in the
Register, the Director may impose a levy on the entrance fee received by the owner of that building or site and any levy paid by such owner shall be paid into the Fund.
