In these Regulations unless the context otherwise requires –
of Statutory Bodies Conduct And Discipline Regulations 1995
"convicted" or "conviction" includes a finding or an order involving a finding of guilt by a criminal court in Malaysia or elsewhere, or by a competent body conferred with the power to conduct summary investigation under any written law that the person charged or accused has committed an offence;
"Disciplinary Authority" means the appropriate statutory body and includes a committee to which the statutory body delegates its power under these Regulations;

"Division" includes a unit;
"employee" means an employee of the statutory body whether on contract, permanent or temporary employment;
"general manager" includes the chief executive officer of a statutory body by whatever name called.
