Section 132
No action, suit, prosecution or other proceedings shall lie or be brought, instituted or maintained in any court against—
(a)
the Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner or other officers appointed under section 3(1);
(b)
any authorized officer referred to in section 113(2);
(c)
Tribunal, a member of the Tribunal, the Secretary and an officer or staff of the Tribunal; or
(d)
any person authorized to act for or on behalf of the
Tribunal, in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by him or it, in good faith or any omission by him or it in good faith, in such capacity and shall not be held personally liable.
