Section 140

Any person who by an act or omission contravenes any provision of this Ordinance or regulations made hereunder, shall be guilty of an offence and shall, upon conviction, if no penalty is expressly provided for such offence, be punished with a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
