Section 133

The Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 [Act 198], shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceedings against the Commissioner, any Deputy Commissioner or other officer appointed under section 3(1), or any authorized officer referred to in section 113(2) in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by him in good faith or any omission omitted by him in good faith, in such capacity.
