Amendment of subpoena
Where there is a mistake in any person’s name and address in a subpoena, and if the subpoena has not been served, the party on whose request the subpoena was issued may by filing a second request under subsection 102(1) have the subpoena re-sealed in the correct form endorsed with the words “Amended and re-sealed”.
