of SYARIAH COURT CIVIL PROCEDURE (FEDERAL TERRITORIES) ACT 1998
Section 112
An affidavit to be used in any proceedings in Court shall be sworn—
(a)
in the Federal Territories, before any Syariah Judge or
Registrar;
(b)
in a State of Malaysia, before the Syariah Judge or Registrar, as the case may require;
(c)
at any place outside Malaysia, before any Muslim officer of the Malaysian Embassy or High Commission or
Consulate or Permanent Mission thereat authorized to administer oath.
