Section 245
(1)
Any provisions or interpretation of the provisions under this Act which is inconsistent with Hukum Syarak shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void.
(2)
In the event of a lacuna or where any matter is not expressly provided for in this Act, the Court shall apply Hukum Syarak.
