of SYARIAH COURT CIVIL PROCEDURE (FEDERAL TERRITORIES) ACT 1998
Section 247
Syariah Court Rules Committee consisting of—
(a)
the procedure and practice of the registries of a Syariah
Court;
(b)
the fees, allowances and costs payable in respect of proceedings under this Act;
(c)
procedure for sulh;
(d)
the forms, books of accounts, reports and other documents to be used in respect of any act or thing done under or in pursuance of this Act; and
(e)
the conduct of Court, the form and method of execution of instruments and the appointment of officers or agents of the Court.
(2)
The Rules Committee may by order amend the Second and
Third Schedules.
