Section 66
(1)
Every counterclaim shall contain the like matter and particulars as a statement of claim and shall be signed by the defendant or his Peguam Syarie.
(2)
A counterclaim shall not be made against any person not then a party to the action, but if a cross action is brought, an order for consolidation may be made by the Court.
