Hunting protected wildlife during close season

Any person who, whether is a licensed hunter or otherwise, hunts any protected wildlife during the close season commits an

offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
