Section 76
Any person who, whether he is a holder of a licence or special permit or otherwise—
(a)
hunts any wildlife; or
(b)
takes, destroys or damages the nest or egg of any wildlife, in a wildlife reserve or a wildlife sanctuary commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
