Section 84
A holder of a licence, permit or special permit who, without any reasonable cause, keeps his licence, permit or special permit at an address other than the address stated in his licence, permit or special permit, commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
