Section 84
(1)
Any person who incites, induces or invites another person to become a member of, or to assist in the management of, an unlawful youth society commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
(2)
Any person who uses any violence, threat or intimidation towards any other person in order to induce him to become a member of or to assist in the management of an unlawful youth society commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
