Section 94
Any person who with intent to mislead or defraud gives to any person a copy of any rules, laws, regulations or other documents, other than the rules of a youth society, on the pretence—
(a)
that they are the existing rules of that youth society;
(b)
that there are no other rules of the youth society; or
(c)
that those rules are the rules of a registered youth society when the society is not registered, commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months or to both.
