Section 89
(1)
No youth society shall adopt as its own any flag, symbol, emblem, badge or other insignia without an approval by the
Registrar.
(2)
The Registrar may impose any conditions under which such flag, symbol, emblem, badge or other insignia may be displayed.
(3)
Any person or youth society who displays any flag, symbol, emblem, badge or other insignia which has not been approved by the Registrar or in contravention of any condition imposed by the
Registrar commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
