Penalty for publishing, etc., propaganda of an unlawful youth society

Any placard, newspaper, book, magazine, periodical, poster, circular, proclamation, pictorial representation, letter or any other document or writing whatsoever and any book, magazine, periodical, poster, proclamation, newspaper, letter or any other document or writing in respect of which such person shall have been convicted shall be forfeited.
