(2)
A copy of the certificate of registration issued under paragraph 24(9)(a) shall be kept exhibited in a conspicuous part of the premises of the private higher educational institution, and the details of the premises registered for its purpose and the approved fee structure of the course of study or training programme shall be made available and accessible to the public by whatever means.
Refusal of registration
