Section 26
(1)
For the purposes of this Part, a private higher educational institution shall be identified by the premises registered for its purpose.
(2)
A copy of the certificate of registration issued under paragraph 24(9)(a) shall be kept exhibited in a conspicuous part of the premises of the private higher educational institution, and the details of the premises registered for its purpose and the approved fee structure of the course of study or training programme shall be made available and accessible to the public by whatever means.
