Section 28
(1)
A private higher educational institution shall not move, add or renovate premises without the prior approval of the Registrar
General.
(2)
An application for the registration of the new, additional or renovated premises of a private higher educational institution shall be made to the Registrar General on the prescribed form, in the prescribed manner and upon payment of the prescribed fee.
(3)
A private higher educational institution contravening subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
