Section 72
(1)
No person shall promote a private higher educational institution, whether by advertisement, prospectus, brochure or otherwise, unless the establishment of the private higher educational institution has been approved under this Act.

(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
