Section 54

that the approval of such private higher educational institution was obtained by any false or misleading statement;

that there has been a breach of any condition imposed by the Minister;

that the quality assurance in such private higher educational institution is not adequately maintained;

that the private higher educational institution has been convicted for an offence under this Act or any other written law;

(da) that the private higher educational institution has failed to renew its registration under section 24A; or

any other reason that the Minister deems proper in the interest of Malaysia, the public or the students.

The grounds under paragraphs (1)(a) to (e) shall be in addition to any other ground as may be provided for under any other provision of this

Act.
