(2)
In addition to the grounds specified under paragraphs 52(1)(a)
to (e), a permit to teach may be revoked on the following grounds:
(a)
that the holder of the permit is acting in a manner prejudicial or detrimental to the interest of Malaysia, the public or the student; or
(b)
any other grounds as the Registrar General deems appropriate.
