Section 53
(1)
A permit may be revoked by the Registrar General, after giving the person to whom it was issued the right to make representations.
(2)
In addition to the grounds specified under paragraphs 52(1)(a)
to (e), a permit to teach may be revoked on the following grounds:
(a)
that the holder of the permit is acting in a manner prejudicial or detrimental to the interest of Malaysia, the public or the student; or
(b)
any other grounds as the Registrar General deems appropriate.
