Section 82
Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any provisions of this Act, shall be guilty of an offence under this Act for which no penalty is expressly provided shall, on conviction, be liable—
(a)
in the case of a person who is an individual, to a fine not exceeding *fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both; or
(b)
in the case of a company, to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.
