Section 78

Any private higher educational institution contravening any condition imposed on the approval for its establishment or its registration or any condition imposed on its renewal of registration, shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
