Section 95
This Act shall not apply to—
(a)
an educational institution established by the Minister under or deemed to have been established under the Education
Act 1996 [Act 550];
(b)
an institution established under the Institute Technology
MARA Act 1976 [Act 173];
(c)
a University or University College established under the
Universities and University Colleges Act 1971; or
90 Laws of Malaysia ACT 555
(d)
an educational institution established under any other written law.
