Minister’s power to exempt
(2)
The exemption granted under subsection (1) shall be subject to such conditions as the Minister may specify in the order.
(3)
The power of exemption under subsection (1) shall not include the provisions as to the approval for the establishment of a private higher educational institution and the registration thereof, and the provisions of sections 38 and 39.
(4)
The Minister may, at any time, use his discretion to revoke an exemption under this section or alter or add to conditions attached to the exemption.
