Section 14 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1), by substituting for the words “, nuclear material or prescribed substance” wherever appearing the words “or nuclear material”; and
(b)
in subsection (2)—
(i)
by substituting for the words “, nuclear material or prescribed substance” the words “or nuclear material”; and
(ii)
by substituting for the word “Board” wherever appearing the words “Director General”.
