Section 17
The principal Act is amended by inserting after section 17
the following section:
“Conditions in permit 17a. (1) Any permit issued under this Act shall be subject to any condition as may be imposed by the Director General.
(2)
The Director General may at any time, add to, vary or revoke the conditions imposed on the permit issued under subsection (1).”.
