Publication of acceptance of application for registration of geographical indication

Section 14
(1)
Upon receipt of the payment of the prescribed fee from the applicant under subsection 13(1), the acceptance of the application shall be published in the Intellectual Property Official
Journal.
(2)
The publication under subsection (1) shall contain all conditions, amendments, modifications or limitations subject to which the application under section 13 was accepted.
