In any legal proceedings relating to a registered geographical indication—
(a)
the Register shall be prima facie evidence of anything contained in the Register;
(b)
the registration of any transfer made under section 26
shall be prima facie evidence of such transfer; and
(c)
the registration of a person as the registered proprietor of a geographical indication shall be prima facie evidence of—
(i)
the validity of the original registration of the geographical indication; and
(ii)
any subsequent transfer of registration of the geographical indication.
