Section 28
(1)
Subject to section 25, a producer carrying on an activity in the geographical area specified in the Register shall have the right to use the registered geographical indication in the course of trade.
(2)
The right of use shall be in respect of the goods in accordance with the quality, reputation or characteristic as specified in the
Register.
