Section 30
(1)
The Registrar shall keep and maintain a register called the Register of Geographical Indication Agents.

(2)
The Register of Geographical Indication Agents shall contain the names, addresses and other prescribed matters of registered geographical indication agents who shall act on behalf of any person for the purposes of section 29.
(3)
In all legal proceedings relating to a registered geographical indication agent, the Register of Geographical Indication Agents shall be prima facie evidence of anything contained in the Register of Geographical Indication Agents.
