Registration of geographical indication agent

Section 31
(1)
Any person may apply to the Registrar to be registered as a geographical indication agent by filing an application for registration of a geographical indication agent in the form as determined by the Registrar together with payment of the prescribed fee.
(2)
For the purposes of subsection (1), the person shall comply with any requirement as prescribed.
(3)
If the person complies with the prescribed requirements, the Registrar shall register the person as a geographical indication agent and enter the name of the person in the Register of Geographical
Indication Agents.
