Section 15

A person engaged under subsection (1) having directly or indirectly, by himself, a member of his family or his associate, any interest or connection to an enforcement officer under investigation by the Commission shall disclose his interest or connection forthwith to a Commissioner and shall not be involved in any investigation conducted by the Commission as regards that enforcement officer.
