Consultants
of Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission Act 2009
The Commission may engage persons, including retired or former members of an enforcement agency, on such terms and conditions as the Commission deems fit, as consultants or to perform such services as it deems appropriate.

A person engaged under subsection (1) having directly or indirectly, by himself, a member of his family or his associate, any interest or connection to an enforcement officer under investigation by the Commission shall disclose his interest or connection forthwith to a Commissioner and shall not be involved in any investigation conducted by the Commission as regards that enforcement officer.
