any staff or facilities of a government department or a local or statutory authority; or

any enforcement officer to cooperate with, or assist, a

Task Force in the exercise of its duties, or to assist the

Commission in the performance of its functions under this Act.

It shall be the duty of the government departments or local or statutory authority or enforcement officer referred to in subsection (1) to comply with this section.
