(2)
In performing its other relevant functions, the Commission may work in cooperation with educational institutions and such other persons as the Commission deems appropriate.
(3)
The Commission may consult with and disseminate intelligence and information to any other investigation and law enforcement agencies and such other persons, including any task force, as the Commission deems appropriate.
(4)
If the Commission disseminates intelligence or information to any agency or person under this section on the understanding that the intelligence or information is confidential, the agency or person is subject to the secrecy provisions in relation to the intelligence or information.
