Section 18

—

(1)

No sky-sign shall be erected in any place within the area of the local authority without the prior written permission of the local authority.

(2)

The local authority may give to the owner or occupier of any premises upon which any sky-sign is so erected notice in writing to remove the same, and the owner or occupier shall remove the same within fourteen days after service of such notice.
