Section 24C

(1)

The Minister may appoint any person with the requisite qualifications and experience as the Registrar of green buildings and such number of Deputy Registrars of green buildings for the purpose of carrying out any power and function of a Registrar prescribed under this Ordinance and the regulations made hereunder.

(2)

The duties of registrar and deputy registrar, and the procedures relating to registration of green building may be prescribed in the regulations made hereunder.
